Multiple Departments

With the new release of version 2.0, Firebolt now supports the ability to have multiple fire departments on a single installation of Firebolt.  Fire departments can share their map folders securely with other departments via Dropbox.  Firebolt also allows you to choose a default department for your iPad.  Your file structure for having multiple departments should look something like this:

As you can see, each department should have their own individual Images and Maps folders.  To customize the look of the application, departments can take advantage of Firebolt's new logo feature.  Simply add an image file of your department's logo named "logo.png" to your Maps folder, and Firebolt will display this image when choosing departments.  This feature can be seen being used below; in this example, the Golden fire department is set as the default department, and the additional department options that the user can switch to are shown below it.  Simply click on the logo of the department that you would like to switch to, and Firebolt will switch you over to that department's maps!
 

The button to switch departments can be found in the upper left hand portion of the application's navigation bar, next to the grid icon.
