To integrate Firebolt with Active911, you will first need an authorization token from Active911. This information only has to be done once, and then Firebolt will automatically handle retrieving the refresh tokens from Active911 for your. After one year, your Active911 token will expire, and you will need to enter a new authorization token into Firebolt in order to continue using this feature.
Once your Active911 token has been setup, simply click on the Active911 button located in the navigation bar between the department button and key button.
Afterwards, Firebolt will download the most recent emergency call data sent by Active911 to take you to the corresponding map page for the call.
